Research on Collaborative Innovation of the Secretarial Specialty in Vocational College-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract：At present, there are some defects in the secretarial specialty in vocational colleges, which lead to the lack of stability, typicality and fusion in school-enterprise cooperation. Under the new situation, the school-enterprise cooperation entails the change and diversified expansion. It must be conducted in line with the development and the requirements of the times, breaking the traditional mode and developing synergistic innovation. It is necessary to improve the system,mechanism and policy. It needs to combine with the "Internet plus", adopting innovation accordingly. It needs to rely on relevant specialties to set up professional groups and make rational use of superior resources. It must integrate and draw lessons from enterprise-university model and carry out practical cooperation.
