Cultivation of Top-rate Teaching Faculty in Light of Building High-level Vocational Institutes

Abstract：Building high-level vocational institutes is student-oriented as well as capacity-based and therefore, which keeps emphasis on service potentiality as well as cultivation ability. It aims at high-quality development and focuses on talents' cultivation in order to make greater achievements to our society. High-level major clusters and high-level platforms for integration of industry & teaching are among its important projects. While the key factor is cultivation of top-rate teaching faculty, they are all supposed to cultivate talents heart and soul, improve the comprehensive quality of talents' cultivation and to foster unique characteristics.
