Reflection upon the Modernization of Governance in Building a First-class School: A Case Study of Suzhou Vocational University

Abstract：The Communist Party of China and the central government attach much importance to the modernization of governance. On the part of a vocational college, it should vigorously do likewise in order to accelerate the building of a nationwide first-class college. As a result, it should be equipped with state-of-theart notions and concepts, highlighting the establishment of modern university system, and thus ensuring and promoting its high quality and high level development by enlarging its existing institution. In addition, the school authorities should improve the internal structure of governance, and should innovate the leadership and practical work in the hope of guaranteeing and pushing forward an all-rou nd development via modernized governance.
