Exploration and Practice of the Training Management Cloud Platform in Laboratory

Abstract：School of Electronic and Information Engineering Suzhou Vocational University,drawing on years of experience,promotes an intelligent management system based on training management cloud platform.In this article,the background,running mechanism and functions of the platform are analyzed in details.Apart from offering coordinated office services such as convenient and safe document sync,backup and sharing to the management staff in training center,the platform,and the operating under the office cloud system,it also solves problems of low efficiency and repetition in daily work as well as difficulties in collecting and sorting out information,effectively reducing the burdens on the staff and improving the management and efficiency of laboratory in an all-round way.
