Analysis on the Supply and Demand Balance of Architectural Professionals in Vocational Colleges in Guangdong

Abstract：Taking guangdong Engineering Vocational College as an example,the article analyzes supply and demand of college graduates majoring in architecture in terms of quantity,structure and quality.The resuct shows that talent supply and demand fail to reach balance.The rapid development of the architectaral industry,the asymmetry of the market information and the imperfect incentive mechanism cause the inequilibrium.Deep integration of government,college,industry and enterprise is an effective way to achieve the balance of talents between supply and demand.
