On the Strategy of Establishing and Readjusting the Specialties in Vocational Colleges in Suzhou Under the Background of Industrial Transformation

Abstract：Suzhou is now accelerating its industrial transformation and upgrading and is striving to be the vanguard in building a new Jiangsu Province.Therefore,vocational colleges in Suzhou should adapt to this new challenge.Based on the statistics,this paper,considering the status quo of the regional economic development,industrial structure and specialty setting in vocational colleges and the deviation of industrial structure,elaborates on the analysis of the coordination between specialty setting and industrial structure as well as the existing problems and puts forward strategies including a dynamic mechanism of readjusting specialties,an early warning mechanism of setting up specialties and forging groups of specialties with local features.
