On the Inspiration of Craftsman Spirit Towards the Current Teachers’ Cultivation

Abstract：Craftsman spirit, as an attitude, a concept and a sense of value towards profession, inspires the current cultivation of teachers. This paper suggests that craftsman spirit should be advocated and be integrated into the cultivation of teachers. The establishment of Teachers’ cultivation concept should be guided by craftsman spirit and the tutorial system should be vigorously advocated. Craftsman spirit should also be implanted in its curricula and the teacher-cultivating community should be constructed.
