Research on the Factors of Affecting Self-management of Vocational College Students Based on Inter-subjectivity

Abstract：This paper is to analyze the external and internal factors that may affect the students’ self-management in light of inter-subjectivity, to establish the system of the influencing factors and to use AHP for comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influencing factors. It proposes two key factors that affect vocational college students’ self-management, and further points out the focus of the students' self-management researching under the vocational colleges’ limited resource condition.
