Research on the Integration of Trans-regional Logistics in Suzhou Driven by the “One Belt and One Road” Strategy

Abstract：Suzhou, as one of the most important cities along the“One Belt and One Road”, should initiate to develop the system of trans-regional logistics. At present, quite a few problems exist in this sector in Suzhou, including low efficiency, grave homogenous competition and the lagging-behind information integration. In addition, this industry faces institutional and mechanical barriers and the lack of credit system and service standards. Therefore, the authorities should coordinate the planning and strengthen horizontal links based on the scientific orientation of the local resources;the enterprises should take advantages of their own merits, targeting at professionalization, informationalization and the combination of governmental activities with the production of the enterprises. Only in this way an integrated trans-regional system of logistics can be established.
