The Design of a Control System of the Water Tank Flow Based on PLC

Abstract：This system uses FX2N PLC as the kernel controller, SI5004 turbineflowmeter as the sensor that testsflow and the micropump as the actuator. It adopts PID control algorithm to design a control system of the water tankflow. This system uses GT-Desinger3 software to design man-machine interface,and the touch screen to monitor the working condition of the whole system in real time. The interface has such functions as showing the realtime curve, setting the system parameters, alarming, and so on. The experiment result proves that thisflow control system has the merits of convenient operation,safety,reliability, etc.
