On Cultivating Process-oriented Talents in Information & Telecommunication Technology

Abstract：This paper, taking the implementation of transforming the cyclic codes of 16PSK digital circuit into telecommunication modulation circuit as an example, is intended to construct a practice-oriented talent cultivating system in telecommunication based on the width of teaching, the depth of specialty building and the height of technical training in an effort to promote the cultivation of the talents in thisfield, to ensure specialty building fully covering professional standards and to enhance the capability of specialty building serving production.
