Abstract：The present tutorial system in vocational colleges has been caught up in a dilemma. It is necessary to extend the source of the tutors,optimize the assessment mechanism,strengthen the building of the team and innovate operational mode before the tutorial system functions in educating students in‘Three Comprehensive Respects’. The implementation of this system should be flexible, catering to different needs at different grades and differentiating stages and focuses.
