Exploration and Practice of Laboratory Management Participated by Student Assistants

Abstract：Experimental teaching plays a very important role in cultivating technical and practice-oriented talents with innovative spirit and practical ability in vocational colleges. Combining years of teaching experience in School of Electronic Information Engineering Suzhou Vocational University,we implement a new policy that laboratory student assistants participate in laboratory management. This article elaborates on the background, operation mechanism and the effect of the system. The results show that it reduces the workload of the managers in the training center effectively,improves the management level and efficiency comprehensively,enhances the students’ability of technological innovation and practical application,and cultivates students’excellent professional qualities.
