Craftsmen’s Spirit:the Soul and Pillar of Vocational Education

Abstract：This paper analyzes the connotations of craftsmen’s spirit from the following perspectives-psychology,professional skills,occupational spirit and values. It also reveals the inner connections between craftsmen’s spirit and vocational education,and further puts forward the schemes of cultivating students’ craftsmen’s spirit at vocational schools in terms of top-down design,cultivation,specialty establishment,school-enterprise cooperation and so on.
