Abstract：Today’s society is one of information and knowledge-based economy. Non-financial factors such as personnel culture, strategy are affecting future performance. Balanced scorecard is to provide enterprises with a significant performance appraisal method, which focuses on four dimensions such asfinance, customers, internal business processes,growth and learning. The indexes in the four dimensions as well as their interactions are used to appraise performance. The balanced scorecard is applied to the case study of Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd, analyzing and summarizing the problems concerned, and proposing the solutions accordingly.
