Research on the Dilemmas and Solution to Machine Substitution

Abstract：Machine substitution project is not only the demand of enterprises but also the key to industrial transformation. In this paper, the dilemmas of machine substitution are analyzed in China. The funding problems of the enterprise should be solved with the help of government. The financial problems of grassroot units, employment, and talent introduction should be settled by the cooperation between government and enterprise. The reformation of machine substitution will be run smoothly.
