Abstract:In order to increase the added value, the silk fabric is treated by Nano-TiO2-sol and Rucostarfinishing agent. The detection of the treated silk fabric by SEM reveals that a layer of membrane structure containing TiO2-nano aggregate particles is formed on the surface of the fabric. The test result shows that the UPF value of the treated silk fabric increases with the increase of washing times, itanium sol concentration and baking time, and the waterproof, anti-oil, anti-fouling, and anti-fracture properties are weakened gradually. Raising the baking temperature increases the UPF value of the treated silk fabric, and enhances waterproof, anti-oil, anti-fouling, anti-fracture properties. The experiment also shows that the fabric thus treated has no significant resistance to aspergillus niger.
