Abstract:Taking the practical training course of simulated electronic technology as an example, this paper advocates teaching reform of work-process-oriented practical training courses, which involves reforming teaching design, ascertaining rational training project and situational learning tasks. This project-based approach centers around students and process assessment, establishing a whole assessing system including work group assessment, individual test assessment, practical training report assessment and etc. In this way the practical training tasks and process assessment are integrated, effectively arousing students’ interest of learning, promoting their self-motivated learning capability including analyzing and solving problems. Meanwhile, their team awareness and self-confidence are enhanced and the teaching effect of simulated electronic technology is improved.
