Relfection on the Career Guidance of Vocational Colleges Under the New Normal

Abstract：As the overall employment situation for college students is not favorable, vocational colleges will face severer challenges. How to provide career guidance for those graduates is a problem that should be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the problems in this respect, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve them under the new normal.
