Study on Cultivating Medical Students' Innovative Capability

Abstract：Training high quality medical talents occupies the core of higher medical education. Having analyzed the significance of cultivating innovative medical talents,the issues confronting the cultivation of such talents,as well as its approaches,this paper goes further to discuss how to create free and innovative teaching and learning atmosphere,how to stimulate college students'innovative potential and initiatives and how to achieve win-win situation through innovative awareness and capability in the hope of promoting the overall scientific development of the colleges and the society as a whole.
