Reform and Discussion of the Quality Improvement of Graduation Design for Applied Engineering Specialty

Abstract：There are some problems existing in the fresh graduates who major in those strongly applied engineering specialties,such as a half-step slow to adapt to new jobs,idealized problem addressing,alienation of theory from practice.In this article,the canses of those problems are analyzed.Then,some proposals are given to improve the quality of graduation design,such as optimization of subjeit selection,alternating between fieldwork and design,hiring an engineering tutor,etc. Sach measures can strengthen the basic skills and literacy for the fresh graduates.The implementation of these measures can not only improve the quality of graduation design,but also help them to adapt to their work as soon as possible.
