Research on the Strategies to Solve the Problem of Land Acquisition and House Demolition

Abstract：With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the scale of land acquisition and house demolition is rapidly expanding.Because of the complexity of the demolition work,various contradictions in the process of resettlement are becoming more and more prominent,and even become bloody conflicts.Therefore, how to solve the problem of land acquisition and house demolition has gradually become a research hotspot. As suggested in this paper,it is a realistic approach to cracking this problem by scientifically defining public interests and the appropriate role of the governmen,ensuring the interested party's whole-process participation, and improving the compensation mechanism,the judicial relief system and the like.
