An Empirical Research on Kindergarten-running Cost with Low-cost Strategy

Abstract：Since pre-school education is one of the quasi-public goods,the cost of running kindergartens should be taken into consideration. How to make profits while maintaining the non-profitability of running kindergartens remains one of the major issues confronting the sustainable development of pre-school education. In addressing this problem,the running cost has to be reduced. This paper elaborates on the relationship between kindergarten-running cost and the healthy development of kindergartens and proposes countermeasures of reducing the cost.
