Study on Career Planning for Poor College Students Based on Provincial-Level Training Base

Abstract：Poor college students bear both financial and psychological pressure. Financial assistance alone and psychological intervention can’t fundamentally solve the problem.Relying on the provincial training base, this paper intends not only to solve thefinancial problems of poor students,but also to set up a system of career planning on professional competence.
