Exploration of Students’ Autonomous Management Structure Based on Innovation Practice Center

Abstract：In order to cultivate students’ spirit of innovation and improve their practical ability,strengthening the extracurricular science activities is one of the most effective methods.Under the support of the school, we establish the innovation practice center to attract more students and provide a good platform for autonomous management. With the increasing number of students of the center,the effective management of students has become one of the most important problems. Combined with the various types of electronic design competitions, we establish students’ autonomous management structure based on the innovation practice center and put forward some problems during the development.
