Study on the Approach to Talent Cultivation through School-enterprise Cooperation Linked by Skills Competition of Vocational Schools

Abstract：It’s a major systematic design and innovation in China’s education for vocational schools to host skills competition regularly. Some suggestions are given to promote vocaional education teaching reform by establishing long-term mechanism,deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,advancing the integration of teaching,study,production and research,which are based on the platform of skills competiton. It is also able to further develop the talent cultivation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,to creat a good environment for the schools and the enterprises to enjoy complementary advantages,resource sharing,win-win cooperation and common interests.
