Abstract：This paper discuses how to train talents according to enterprise demand in terms of career orientation,talent cultivation specifications,career competence and occupational certificates. It takes the teaching of information security technology as a case study to put forward some effective schemes in training talents transiting from secondary to higher vocational education.
