Abstract：Through investigation and research of college computer basics teaching and computer application ability for company employees,this paper developes a set of evaluation system helping to complete Office application ability examination,and to complete modeling work of Office assessment system based on object-oriented analysis and modeling method;Through case analysis,entity class modeling and control class analysis, the functional requirements and class structure are ascertained;Through analysis of Office paper marking and standard answer format string the key problems in system implementation are resolved. On this basis,the software structure is designed and the work of coding and testing are completed.
