On Strengthening Teachers’ Job Skill Training and Promoting Their Practical Capabilities in Vocational Colleges:Taking Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology as an Example

Abstract：Vocational colleges aim at cultivating technical talents to serve the local development. In order to do so,it is essential to establish a team of teachers with high teaching,researching and practicing capabilities. Teachers’job skill training is an effective way to promote teachers’practical ability. It also takes as an example the training program jointly launched by Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology and Taiwan Association of Embedded Single Chip System to elaborate on the existing problems in such training,which promoted by a large margin the teachers’practical ability.
