Study on School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode of Training Talents in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：School-enterprise cooperation is an important part of higher vocational education. It reflects the characteristics of higher vocational education. For vocational colleges,training skilled talents cannot do without school-enterprise cooperation. Only effective school-enterprise cooperation can change the concept of training talents,optimize the personnel training programs,and improve talent training talents. This paper aims to reveal the problems and their causes of school-enterprise cooperation mode of training skilled talents in vocational colleges. It puts forward the development strategy for school-enterprise cooperation mode of training skilled talents in vocational colleges.
