Abstract：In the era of large data,how to obtain more useful information on data in the limited time is the focus of all fields now and in the future. As one of the three elements of equipment knowledge engineering,the presentation of equipment knowledge is a bridge in the acquisition and application of equipment knowledge. The significance of data visualization on the presentation of equipment knowledge is highlighted by analyzing the development of data visualization at home and abroad and combining the insufficient research of the presentation of equipment knowledge. Meanwhile,combined with the feature of equipment knowledge and examples,three kinds of equipment data visualization techniques are presented,which are significant in perceiving and researching the hidden information of equipment knowledge.
