On Higher Vocational Teachers' Quality Evaluation System Based on FAHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Abstract：In this paper we first divide higher vocational teachers into three categories:basic course teachers, professional theory teachers and professional practice teachers,and construct the higher vocational teachers quality system from four aspects:ideological and political qualities,scientific and cultural qualities,teaching qualities,research qualities,etc.Next by FAHP we determine the index weight.Then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,we get a comprehensive quality assessment information evaluating all aspects.The evaluation of the quality of vocational teachers based on the combination of FAHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation provides a scientific and feasible method.
