Abstract：The existing problems in electronic commerce center on the popularity of homogeneous competition, lack of support in industrial clusters,low efficiency in the application of public business platform,low level of intensification and shortage in the innovation of function integration modes. Therefore,this paper proposes that policies should be made to guide,stimulate and support businesses specializing in mobile electronic commerce, the advantages of industrial cluster should be integrated,and certain pushing mechanism for product information and electronic commerce information should be established in an effort to promote a better,faster and healthier growth of the industrial cluster in Taicang.
