Constructions of Resolvable Restricted Strong Partially Balanced 2-Designs

Abstract：Many researchers have studied the existence and constructions of restricted strong partially balanced t-designs. But much less is known about resolvable restricted strong partially balanced t-designs. Splitting weak transversal design can establish some constructions of resolvable restricted strong partially balanced 2-designs, and obtain two infinite classes of them.
