Discussion on the Construction and Management of Practical Training Rooms for Automation-related Majors in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Given the high rate of practical training teaching in vocational colleges,it is necessary to establish complete training system. This paper introduces the management of the training base founded by both Suzhou Vocational University and Siemens for advanced automation technology demonstration,elaborating on the methods and requirements of teachers,students and the engineers from enterprises jointly participating in practical training management. Such management is of practical significance in training high-skilled talents.
