Application of Tool Radius Compensation and Length Compensation in CNC Milling

Abstract：The tool compensation of CNC milling machine has a very important role. This paper is to improve the efficiency of the numerical control milling programming and reduce the programming of storage memory, and to research and explore the use of cutting tool compensation. In NC milling,flexible application of tool radius compensation and tool length compensation has a very important influence on parts quality and machining efficiency.
