Abstract：The production practice is a very important course to railway institutions in training quality applied talents.The paper presents some reform and exploration in organization and management,constructing bases, training teachers and assessing score of the course,which addresses the problems of teaching in the production practice course of electric traction and driving control major with railway major’s characteristics.
