Abstract：As is known to all,corporate culture has become the core factor for the competitive forces of enterprises.Technical colleges,with the goal of serving society and enterprises,usually confine themselves to the surface understanding and learning of corporate culture and are merely content with reciting the rules and regulations of enterprises without thinking.As a result,they do not pay enough attention to the important effect of enterprise culture in the education of humanities and core vocational abilities in technical colleges.So,taking the corporate culture as a carrier,it is the responsibility of technical colleges to take in the core value of corporate culture.
