Research on Practical Teaching Mode Based on“Virtual-Simulation-Live Action”to Train Electriifed Railway Driver Crew

Abstract：The basic task of higher vocational education,which has remarkable features of profession, application and practice,is to train higher technical personnel.The graduates,who major in the electrified railway driving,are required to have strong professional abilities and skills of operating,equipment inspection, testing,troubleshooting,etc.But during the training process,the teaching modes lack scientific system design. And high price,varieties and fast updating of the railway transport equipments limit the improvement of students’ skills and abilities.This paper discusses practical teaching by using“virtual-Simulation-reality”teaching mode.
