Abstract：Training management, one of the essential components in the implementation of practical teaching, should be reformed in terms of its management concepts, modes and methods. Training management should target at lifting up practical teaching, clarifying the goals of management in the forms of centralized or decentralized management, systemized and institutionalized work regulations and process in a professionalized and engineered environment combined with qualification and rewarding mechanisms in order to establish well-organized managing system for practical training and experiments which ensure the accomplishment of practical training tasks.
