Exploration of the Deifnition of Leadership Habitual Domain and Its Evolution

Abstract：In the light of Yu's personal habitual domain theory,leadership habitual domain refers to the potential ability and the actual performance composed of the stability of knowledge,experience and ideas in a certain period,and these abilities and performances will change once the external information and internal thinking are involved.Starting with the concept of leadership habitual domain,this paper explores the process of the formation and extension of the leadership habitual domain.
