On Flyback Converters With Freely-set Maximum Output Current

Abstract：Currently,as single-ended current-mode flyback switching power supply output voltage is constant, the maximum output current can not be set arbitrarily.Thus in some situations such power applications are inconvenient. To addressthis problem,this paper improves current feedback control circuit.Current sampling resistor using a very small resistance,current sampling signal is first sent to the operational amplifier, amplified and then sent to the integrated controller.Changing the magnification of the op amp can arbitrarily set the maximum output current in a large range.Experimental results show that this method can arbitrarily set the maximum output current with minimal increase in cost.Power supply is stable and more efficient.
