On the Inteqration of Quality Management Course and SMT Training for Higher Vocational Electronics Major

Abstract：In view of the problems in the higher vocational quality management course,the author puts forward the integration of the course and SMT training. Based on the investigation into the responsibilities of the manufacturing personnel and Quality control personnel,a teaching pattern is presented in which electronic product manufacturing process is the main line and quality management activities are complementary. We both establish the production management teaching scene and the seven work tasks. Through practice,students have a better understanding of quality management techniques and SMT production skills.
