Research on the Model of Network Information Dissemination and the Construction of Network Civilization in the Web2.0 Environment

Abstract：The Internet has become an information hub of ideology and culture and an amplifier of public opinions.Given the massive amount of information in the Web2.0 environment,how to effectively monitor and guide them has become an important issue to be solved.By analyzing the status and characteristics of network information dissemination in the Web2.0 environment,the present paper discusses the main problems in network information dissemination,explores norms and governance of network information dissemination in the Web2.0 environment,and makes suggestions on creating a harmonious and orderly network environment.
