Copy Detection Algorithm Based on sif and SCAM

Abstract：Copy detection has very important application in many fields such as intellectual property protection. The paper proposes an improved algorithm that combines sif with SCAM. Firstly,it constructs a system framework for registering documents and detecting plagiary,then the improved algorithm is described,and the advantages of the improved algorithm are discussed in the paper.
