Discussion on the Model of Training Practical Talents in 3G Telecommunication Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract：3G mobile telecommunication is still a fledging yet promising sunrise industry,which needs a large number of practical talents. However, difficulties still exist in current higher schools in terms of faculty,teaching materials and experimental or training facilities. School-enterprise cooperation is a short cut in training those practical personnel. This paper puts forward some solutions concerning major courses, practical training base building, teaching,double-certificate practice and employment.
