Design of a Software for Testing NC Axis Positioning Accuraly and Repeatability Accuracy Test Software

Abstract：The test-standard of positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of CNC machine tool axis is complex, and so is data processing.To solve this problem,this paper introduces Microsoft Visual Studio software to design and develop a precision test software.Software structure,module function,operation method and characteristics are introduced,and through a typical case the results proves that the software is not only accurate, convenient of operation,and practicable,but also saves a large amount of data processing time for technical personnel in improving their work efficiency.
