Abstract：The development of silicon controlled power and SCM for 'intelligent electrical appliance in pumping unit' effectively reduce such unnecessary electricity waste.Through the perception of well conditions by the level sensor and the flow sensor it offers optimum automatic electric control, data collection,tele-communication and telemetry,which improves the system's flexibility and applicability,and saves cost.
