Abstract：Considering the status quo of the school-enterprise cooperation of the author's department,the paper discusses the construction and development of the"3G mobile network optimization"course within the mechanism of school-enterprise alliance.By innovating the teaching model,jointly developing the teaching resources, implementing multiform teaching methods and means of the course,school and enterprise can share the common resources and supply complementary advantages for each other.Thus the course teaching and professional training are an organic whole.Therefore,"seamless docking" between the personnel training and the enterprise demand has been achieved.
