The Construction of Public Training Platform for Open and Distance Vocational Education

Abstract：To address the huge shortage of technical personnel,this paper proposes a public training platform for open and distance vocational education with the help of“virtual cloud”technology so as to provide for a great many training businesses a model of constructing an ideal training environment in terms of its function, performance and users’experience.
